But, now things have changed. It is a different scenario now. After the introduction of phone cards now more and more people are willing to talk for more and more time. The calling companies have a slogan, ‘talk more to pay less’. This slogan speaks of the advantages of a phone card. By purchasing a phone card, about 50% to 80% could be saved on telephone bills.
